She has worked with Fortune 50 companies, including Humana, Inc., and large integrated health systems including Wake Forest Baptist Medical, where she led dynamic teams and executed comprehensive programs focused on talent development, diversity and inclusion, and cultural transformation. Her expertise extends across industries and in her most recent role with Humana, Inc. as Enterprise Associate Vice President of Workforce Culture, she successfully advised executives and cross-functional teams on aligning organizational goals with inclusive leadership principles. Chantelle's impact is evident in the enhanced employee engagement, retention rates, and talent pipelines she has helped build, consistently elevating workplace cultures, and reinforcing the value of diverse perspectives as engines for innovation and growth.
